Vacuum Emulsifying mixer machine is an ideal equipment for the production of cream, lotion and gel cosmetics. The unit adopts top or bottom homogenizer, hydraulic lifting, and agitator mixer with scraper.

The homogenizing head adopts a high-shear vortex emulsification mixer, and the slow-scraping wall mixing automatically adheres to the bottom and wall of the pot. Vacuum suction is especially suitable for powdery materials to avoid flying dust. The whole process is carried out under vacuum conditions to prevent bubbles from being generated after high-speed mixing of materials, which meets the requirements of hygiene and sterility. This system is equipped with a CIP cleaning system, the contact part of the container and the material is made of SUS316L, and the inner surface is mirror polished 300MESH (sanitary). In order to ensure the stability of the control part, the electrical control part adopts Schneider products. According to the French Schneider product, the inverter adopts the Japanese Matsushita Electrician, and the vacuum pump adopts the German Siemens product. This unit is in full compliance with GMP requirements and is currently the most advanced, perfect and ideal cream production equipment in China.
