CHASING DSZL Vacuum Emulsifying Machine with homogenizer for cosmetic

Vacuum Emulsifying mixer machine is an ideal equipment for the production of cream, lotion and gel cosmetics. The unit adopts two-way mixing of upper part, bottom homogenization, hydraulic lifting and opening cover, homogenizing head adopts high shear eddy current emulsifying mixer, slow scraping wall mixing automatically adheres to the bottom and wall of the pot. Vacuum suction is used, especially for powder materials, to avoid dust flying. The whole process is carried out under vacuum conditions to prevent the material from producing bubbles after high-speed stirring, which can meet the requirements of hygiene and sterility. This system is equipped with CIP cleaning system, containers and materials contact part made of SUS316L material, inner surface mirror polishing 300MESH (sanitary grade).
