Brief Description

The machine is suitable for dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing and blending materials in combination with high shear emulsifiers. Optional feeding system, unloading system, temperature control system, vacuum system, PH online measurement and control system, CIP system, etc., are widely used and have strong controllability. It can also be customized as a sanitary grade for production and pilot trials in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries.

The complete set of equipment is a special equipment for the production of high-end creams, ointments, and emulsions. It consists of a homogeneous emulsification main pot, a water pot, an oil pot, a vacuum system, an electric or steam heating system, and an electrical system.

The emulsion process of the main pot is carried out in fully sealed condition, the materials in water and oil pot are put into the emulsion main pot through vacuum feeding, which prohibits the contamination from dust and microorganisms. The main pot can be heated or cooled and materials in the pot will be emulsified and dispersed by high speed internal circulation in homogenizer. The materials can be blended in positive and negative double stirring: positive wall scraping blending and negative paddle type blending. Scraper agitator will generate centrifugal effect when it’s working so the PTFE squeegee can stay closed with the interior pot, which solved the problem of sticky materials in the interior pot efficiently without dead angle. The variable frequency speed control device can adjust the speed of scraper agitator arbitrarily. Homogenized blending and paddle blending can be in progress simultaneously or separately. The dispersion, homogenization, emulsion and mix will finish in short time.

Basic function

Material: All the parts may contact with the material are using sanitary SS316L and the jacket and outside layer using SS304. The whole structure is triple jacket and cooling or heating carry out within the same jacket. There is a insulation on the outside to protect the worker from being scalded and to ensure the producing security. The production comply with the requirements of GMP.

Polishing: The inside and outside of the pot are mirror-polished and easy-clean without remain.

Low Blending speed of main pot: 10-63 rpm

Homogenizing speed of main pot:100-3600rpm

Blending speed of Oil/Water pot:10-1440rpm or 960rpm
